Mediation is a confidential process under Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 154.053. Statements made during mediation are privileged and not admissible in court, except as permitted by law.

The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator and does not represent or provide legal advice to either party. Each participant is encouraged to consult with their own attorney before or during mediation if needed.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your mediation date, with the remaining balance due no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled mediation.
- Cancelation Policy: Cancelations may be made by either party prior to the scheduled mediation, however cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled mediation will result in no refund to the cancelling party. 
- Travel: If the mediation is to take place outside of Tarrant, Dallas, Collin or Denton County, travel time is billed at $150/hr plus overnight expenses if applicable. 
- Virtual mediation: Conducted securely via Zoom at no additional cost. 

Payment instructions and invoices will be provided to all parties once the mediation session is confirmed.
